• Acknowledge community partners & purpose of the event
3:10 PM – 3:55 PM | 7 for 7: Women in Tech Stories
• 7 women each share a 7-minute story about their journey in tech
• Can include founders, engineers, designers, product managers, etc.
• Keep it casual, inspiring, and focused on real experience
3:55 PM – 4:20 PM | Speed Networking
• Attendees pair up and have 3-minute conversations
• A bell or clap signals when to switch
• Do this for 5–6 rounds
• Suggested prompt questions:
• “What’s a recent challenge you’ve overcome?”
• “What are you currently building or working on?”
• “How can someone here support your work?”
4:20 PM – 4:30 PM | Wrap-Up & Group Photo
