This document sets out the terms and conditions between Dublin Tech Week (“DTW”) and you when you purchase a ticket or register for any event or conference organised by F5 Digital Media Communications Ltd. Dublin Tech Week reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any amended terms and conditions will be posted on this website.
Conference Organiser
Dublin Tech Week is organised by F5 Digital Media Communications Ltd, a wholly Irish-owned company, which is in the main business of organising technology conferences and building conference-related software.
Declaration of Consent
By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event, you explicitly consent to F5 Digital Media Communications Ltd collecting, processing, and using your personal data as described herein, in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. Tickets

Photography, Audio, and Video Recording
By attending events during Dublin Tech Week, you consent to being recorded, photographed, or filmed. Event Cancellation, Postponement & Substitution Policy
F5 Digital Media Communications Ltd is not liable for losses as a result of substitution, alteration, cancellation, or postponement. For any such changes, updates will be communicated as promptly as possible.
